I came across the Walmart Rush commercial the other day on youtube, and while I think it is a poor use of such awesome music, I must admit that it did get me to watch the commercial haha
Took the daughter to a Rush tribute band this past Saturday, LotusLand. Rush had been in my area in the autumn of 2013 but I just wasn’t able to make the schedule work, so this was a reasonable substitute,
It was a cheap show ($12) and if they’re in your area and you like Rush, drop the $12. Their “Geddy Lee” is spot-on through all registers and their “Neil Peart” accomplishes great things from a kit less than 1/4 the size.
Ok, seems to be a wise move for Walmart. Get your products from America, but your music from Canada 😉

Adam, ha. There’s a bit of irony there. Truth, maybe. But, certainly irony.
