So, after my longish and personal but open letter to Kscope yesterday, I received a very nice email from Snapper/Kscope.  Credit where credit is due.

Thank you, Kscope.  Not to be too dramatic (or soap operaish), but I’m really pleased to receive a response.  Especially since I didn’t expect one.
