Yup,I’ve ALWAYS BEEN a closet “Simple-Minds” FAN ever since the 80’s!!! Sometimes I wake up,and find myself in the middle of singing……….”Don’t Youuuuuuuuuuuuuu,ferget about meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,nooooooo,noooooooo,nooooooooo,NO……….Do-hoooooon’t Youuuuuuuuuuu,ferget about meeeeeeeeeee” LOL. ~Peace~
I need to give this a proper listen. My appreciation of Simple Minds started with Once Upon A Time (saw that tour – college gym!) and pretty much went forward, including the under-appreciated Steet Fighting Years, the title track containing my all-time favorite drum fill by Manu Katche’.
